Delivery & Shipping Policy
Eurosia Technologies primarily delivers digital services. Delivery time depends on the package purchased and the customer providing all required information on time.
Standard Delivery Time
- Training programmes, certification support, AI services and digital marketing services: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Website development services: project kickoff within 1-3 business days and initial delivery or first review within 7-15 business days.
- Software, ERP and POS services: project kickoff within 1-3 business days and initial delivery or first review within 5-10 business days.
- If a physical item or hardware is included in the order, delivery inside Bangladesh normally takes 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation
Customers are contacted after payment confirmation to verify requirements, content, delivery details and any project-specific information.
Delays
Delivery time may change if customer information is incomplete, approvals are delayed, payment verification is pending or the service scope is changed after order confirmation. Any updated timeline is communicated directly to the customer.
